30-Day Return Window

At Golden Goose Mens, we offer a generous 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This gives you ample time to try on your new sneakers and ensure they meet your expectations for fit, style, and quality.

Condition Requirements for Returns

To ensure fair returns for all customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Sneakers must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging, boxes, and dust bags must be included
• Original tags and labels must be attached and undamaged
• No signs of wear, scuffs, or odors
• Items must be free from pet hair, lint, and other foreign materials

Please note: Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Refund Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund as follows:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
• Refund Processing: 2-3 business days after approval
• Bank Processing: 3-5 business days for credit cards, 5-7 business days for PayPal

You will receive email confirmation at each stage of the refund process, including when your refund has been issued.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures you receive the fastest service and the exact product you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn outdoors or showing signs of use
• Customized or personalized sneakers
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective Golden Goose sneakers, please contact us immediately. We will:

• Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Rush process your return (within 24 hours of receipt)
• Offer a full refund or priority replacement
• Cover any additional shipping costs

Please photograph any damage and include details in your initial email to expedite the process.

International Returns

For international customers, please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective
